Nursing Department
Holding the mission statement of our hospital, the Nursing Department aims at “delivering compassionate care embodied as our service” and extracts “integrity, compassionate and execution” as the department’s core values.
Our key concepts：
1. Compassionate is the essential of nursing care.
2. A supervisor with compassionate behavior will contagion her staff with the same behavior, and then builds a friendly nursing care environment.
3. Positive thoughts can promote staff’s physical and mental health, and will in turn lead to physical and mental health clients.
Our goals：
1. To shape an atmosphere with compassionate behavior inside the nursing department, and to improve the satisfaction of our nursing staff and external custom.
2. To build up a friendly nursing care environment to deliver the nursing care of “treating people as our own families” to the public.
3. To commit to maintaining the rights, dignity and well being of all patients, and to implementing patient-centered holistic care.
4. To promote community care, and to lead local residents to promote health.
We hope that trust will be improved among the relationship of physicians, nurses, and patients through honest experience. Through spreading the concept of compassionate, our love of Florence Nightingale could be perceived. We would like to carry out our executives, and to pursuit high quality nursing care delivery to become an excellent service team of the community hospital in Great Tainan Area.
