The premiere Rehabilitate-Operate-Transfer(hereafter, ROT)hospital in the island - Tainan Municipal Hospital.

As the first ROT hospital in Taiwan, Tainan Municipal Hospital continues its tradition of excellence today. The hospital is consistently certified as regional teaching hospital. In 2009, Tainan Municipal Hospital renewal its charted contract with Tainan City Hall and will step toward its vision: the benchmark of the community hospital in the Great Tainan Area.

Holistic Patient Care
Our capacity of 370 general beds(24 Psychiatric beds included) and 131 special beds offers sophisticated diagnostic and therapeutic care in virtually every specialty and subspecialty of medicine and surgery. We offer high-quality care and services in the Great Tainan Area. The hospital also holds concurrent moderate level verification for “Hospital Emergency Medical Care Capabilities Program” in 2009.

Our two multidisciplinary care centers – known for innovations in digestive disorders, and heart and vascular disease – unite specialists across the hospital to offer patients comprehensive, state-of-the-art medical care and the best possible outcomes.
